The Bass Lake Road Streetscape and Regional Trail project is multi - jurisdictional, involving the Minnesota Department of Transportation, Hennepin County, Three Rivers Park District and Brooklyn Center. The project will employ the services of S.E.H. Engineering, Evergreen • • • Land Services Company, Ruppert Appraisal & Consultation, and Kennedy & Graven (City Attorney).
