Rotary Club, has started a new
program for teenagers.
The program, S.H.O.E.S. (Stu-
dents Having Overall Enthusiastic
Spirit) allows police officers in high
risk, high crime areas to give away
free pairs of athletic shoes to teens,
who provide leadership by being
helpful, respectful and courteous lift
to others.
