PLAYGROUND SITES AND HOURS TRAVELING PUPPET PLAYHOUSE
Playgrounds open Monday, June 25, 1973 and run for EIGHT weeks The Puppet Playhouse, donated by the Mrs. Jaycees in 1963, has

THE BROOKLYN CENTER COMMUNITY CENTER was completed
for occupancy in June, 1971,and is the culmination of years of citizen
effort and involvement. The Center was built with funds voted at a
successful Bond Issue and is designed to serve as the civic, social, and
recreational hub of the city,

*Swim in the Olympic length pool. Relax and tan on the outdoor
patio. Minimum depth — 39 inches. Diving well — 12 feet. Two 1-
meter and one 3-meter diving boards. A special feature is a ramp for
the handicapped. (Wading for tots in the Wading Pool with a con-
venient place to sit and watch.)
*Build up muscle tone in the complete, modern Exercise Room.
*Relax in the Sauna.
*Relax and enjoy refreshments in the Lower Lounge.
*Improve photographic techniques with the aid of the fully equipped
Dark Room Laboratory.
*Visit the Gallery Lounge and view interesting displays of creative art,
sculpture,etc.
