Phase I, which is designed for beginners. There are three divisions in 3V— this phase as well as in Phase II and Phase Ill. They are (A) tumbling (B) apparatus, and (C) floor exercise. The Center was built with funds voted at a successful Bond Issue and is designed to serve as the civic, social, and ,3r recreational hub of the city.
