Chicago Title Insurance Company.
1. The survey (the "Survey") to which this certificate is
attached, prepared by the undersigned and captioned "ALTA/ACSM
Land Title Survey", was actually made by instrument survey on
the ground in accordance with the property description as
shown above, and the information shown thereon. All courses,
distances, and the area, are correct.
2. The land described in the survey and any easements benefitting
such land are pursuant to Schedule B to the Commitment for
Title (the "Commitment") provided by Chicago Title Insurance
Company (the "Title Company") are shown on the survey together
with buildings, structures, and improvement on said described
property, that there are no visible encroachments onto
adjoining properties, streets, or alleys by any of said
visible right-of-way or visible easements on said described
property other than shown thereon; that there are no party
walls or visible encroachments on said described property by
buildings, structures, or other improvements situated on
adjoining property except as shown on said survey.
3. All easements and other matters for which property or other
descriptions are pursuant to are described in Schedule B of
