complete additional work as ittanized on Change Order Nos. 1-7 for Improvement Projject No.
1
2021-05, Brooklyn Boulevard Corridor Prqject phase 2 finprovelrientsl and
Wl IFIRFAS, Change Order I in the arn0LIIII of $4,951 .96 is for removing and
replacing a section ot'ehain link 1ence at the SE corner ot'Brooklyn Blvd and 65"' Ave that the
plans identified as a 54[ tall fence that was actual a 641 tall fence in the field; and
Wl IFRE'AS, CIiange Order 2 in the amount of'-$8.480 (deduct) is for using on -
site grantilar bedding matcrial in liar od'irriporting Fine Aggregate Bedding materials Ior use on
RCT storm sewer: and

temporary pedestrian crossings with push buttons and pedestrian indicators on the south legs of

ProFIex Series 790 "Light Weight" Check Valve meeting requirements of Spec 2503, in lieu of'
Series CMUF-SI, slip -in CheckMate Ultraflex Valves as manutactured by Tidetlex
Technologies*r , at locations specified in the Plan, and
MIFF' Change Order 7 in the aMOUnt of $9,929,60 is Im costs associated
with the utility dclays cxperienced by the Contractor per spccification 1806.2,B(2) which
included de -mobilization and rc-mobilization ot'equipment, and inefficiencies in certain work
completed prior to the I'Lill relocation ol'the identified utilitim, and

WHEREAS, said additional work was not included in the original contract, but
was dectned necessary to properly complete the improvements.
NOW, THFREFORF, BF IT Ill SOLVED by the City COUncil of' the City of
Brooklyn Center. Minnesota, that Change Order Nos. I through 7 in the amount of $48,117.21
