CALL TO ORDER The Brooklyn Center Economic Development Authority (EDA) met in Regular Session called to order by President Mike Elliott at 10:01 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL President Mike Elliott and Commissioners Marquita Butler, April Graves, Kris Lawrence- Anderson, and Dan Ryan. Also present were Executive Director Reggie Edwards, and City Clerk Barb Suciu. 3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA AND CONSENT AGENDA President Elliott moved and Commissioner Ryan seconded to approve the Agenda and Consent Agenda, and the following item was approved: 3a. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. September 13, 2021 – Regular Session 3b. EDA RESOLUTION NO. 2021-XX APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 3 Motion passed unanimously. 4. COMMISSION CONSIDERATION ITEMS None. 5. ADJOURNMENT President Elliott moved and Commissioner Graves seconded adjournment of the Economic Development Authority meeting at 10:04 p.m. Motion passed unanimously. RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL BUDGET FOR THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER, MINNESOTA, FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022 WHEREAS, the Economic Development Authority of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, has considered the final budget for Fiscal Year 2022. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Economic Development Authority of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that revenues and appropriations for the Economic Development Authority for the 2022 fiscal year are hereby adopted as follows: Economic Development Authority Revenues Miscellaneous Revenue Other Financing Sources $ 11,000 482,206 Total Economic Development Authority $ 493,206 Appropriations EDA Operations $ 685,097 Total Economic Development Authority $ 685,097 December 6, 2021 Date President The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
