t he Steering Commfttee for the reservation of the T r_ea 'West

at, the March 8th meeting regarding our livinq fence.. The rgotion
now reads E A mot-Lon was made and seconded to obtain seedl_l r
for the first section of the livinq fence. This section includes
the entire northeast border, filling in of the o en areas between
the talus willows completinq the eastern border.
Carl Vogt presented a map of the 40 acres his Boy Scout T roar
had put together using a V to 60 feet: scale.. rw obn Koester
said he would have a copy made of the map for us tc 'keep. Mr.
Vogt said in the future they would have SOme reCO.UaLie~16at,ions, to
be used over a period of time, about vegetation cove:, plant lie-Ee

develop the trails, as suggested by the Soil, and
Conservation Service. Further trails xmay )be- suggested~
12. A motion was made and seconded to use Cedar& Wild Plum
and High Bush Cramberry for food and cover: for pheasants
between the drainage ditches. These would be Piarted
in 1972.
