HomeMy WebLinkAbout1999-190 CCRMember Fd Nelson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 99-190 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK PERFORMED AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1993-19, CONTRACT 1994-A, CENTRAL GARAGE IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, The Builders, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the following improvement in accordance with said contract: Improvement Project No. 1993-19, Contract 1994-A, Central Garage Improvements NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota that: 1. It is hereby directed that final payment be made on said contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full. The total amount to be paid for said improvement under said contract shall be $1,487,714. 2.
