HomeMy WebLinkAbout1999-017 CCRadoption: Member Kay Layman introduced the following resolution and moved its RESOLUTION NO. 99-17 RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NOS. 1, 2, AND 3, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NOS. 1998-01, 02, AND 03, CONTRACT 1998-D, BELLVUE NEIGHBORHOOD STREET, STORM DRAINAGE, AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, pursuant to written contract signed with the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, Thomas & Sons Construction, Inc. has substantially completed the following improvement in accordance with said contract: Improvement Project Nos. 1998-01, 02 & 03, Contract 1998-D, Bellvue Neighborhood Street, Storm Drainage and Utility Improvements NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota that: 1.
