HomeMy WebLinkAbout2023-117 CCRMember Butler introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO.2023-117 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK PERFORMED AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 2021-05, BROOKLYN BOULEVARD CORRIDOR PROJECT PHASE 2 WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, Park Construction Company, Minneapolis, Minnesota has completed the following improvements in accordance with said contract: Improvement Project No. 2021-05, Brooklyn Boulevard Corridor Project Phase 2 Improvements NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that 1. Final payment shall be made on Improvement Project No. 2021-05, Brooklyn Boulevard Corridor Project Phase 2 Improvements, taping the contractor's receipt in full. The total amount to be paid for said improvements under said contract shall be $12,550,323.26. 2. The estimated project costs and revenues are hereby amended as follows: COSTS Contract + Change Order Nos. 1-18 Xcel Overhead Utility Undergrounding Xcel Street Lights Misc.
