HomeMy WebLinkAbout1998-208 CCRMember Kay Lasman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 98-208 RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1999 STORM DRAINAGE UTILITY RATE SCHEDULE WHEREAS, it is a requirement of the Brooklyn Center City Charter that Brooklyn Center's municipal utilities be self-sustaining entities through revenue provided by a uniform schedule of rates, fees, and charges; and WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has reviewed the financial requirements of the Storm Drainage Utility and has developed a recommended rate schedule. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that the following schedule of Storm Drainage fees will be in effect as of January 1, 1999: 1 Classification/Land Use BASE RATE 1. Cemeteries, Golf Courses 2. Parks 3. Single Family, Duplex, Townhouse 4. Schools, Government Buildings 5. Multiple Family, Churches 6. Commercial and Industrial 7.
