April 19, 1972
The Conservation Commission met in special session and was
called to order by Chairman Mossberg at 7:33 P.M.
Roll Call: Chairman Mossberg, Commissioners Vetter, Winkelman,
and Almen. Also present was Administrative Assistant Daniel
Hartman.
Chairman Mossberg introduced for the commission's consideratior
the MAC-Kylawn Environmental Preserve improvement program report.
A lengthy discussion ensued relative to the report presented by
the MAC-Kylawn Environmental Preserve Task Group.
Chairman Mossberg stated that she felt the report was complete
and well presented.
Motion by Commissioner Winkelman and seconded by Commissioner
Vetter to recommend to the City Council the MAC-Kylawn Environ-
mental Preserve Improvement Program. The motion passed unanimously.
Chairman Mossberg then announced that Mrs. John Finucane
was appointed to the Palmer Lake Tnsk Group representing the
Brooklyn Center League of Women Voters.
Motion by Commissioner Almen and seconded by Commissioner
Winkelman to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
The Brooklyn Center Conservation Commission adjourned at 6:20 P.M.
