RESOLUTION NO. 2024-40
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AWARDING A CONTRACT,
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 2024-05, 65TH AVENUE STORM SEWER
REHABILITATION
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for Improvement Project No.
2024-05, bids were received, opened and tabulated by the City Clerk and Engineer on the 141h
day of March, 2024. Said bids were as follows:
Bidder Total Base Bid
SAK Construction, LLC $ 897,209.00
Insituforrn Technologies USA, LLC $1,010,470.38
New Look Contracting, Inc. $1,247090.00
WHEREAS, it appears that SAK Construction, LLC of O'Fallon, Missouri is the lowest
responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that
1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into a contract with SAK Construction, LLC of O'Fallon, Missouri in the
name of the City of Brooklyn Center, for Improvement Project No. 2024-
05, according to the plans and specifications therefore approved by the City
Council and on file in the office of the City Engineer.
2. The estimated project costs and revenues are as follows:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Jerzak
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Butler, Jerzak, Kragness, Lawrence -Anderson
and the following voted against the same: none
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
