for planned recreation facilities.

3. No buffer, such as a street, has been provided for between
public and private property.
4. The proposed interchange takes too much of the property needed
for the Community Park.
5. The proposed interchange in too close to the existing interchanges
6. The plan, in general, departs too drastically from the original
plans and discussions regarding the community park area.
The Commission further requests that it have an opportunity to
discuss the matter with the City Council before final decisions
are made.
Motion carried.
