The regular monthly meeting of the Brooklyn Center Recreation
Commission was held at the Village Aa11o 800 P.M., Wednesd~typ

Through the cooperation of the Suburban Recreaatien Association and
the Earle Bream School Board a series of Junior High and Senior high
dances is baring planned to be held at Earle Bream School. So Ro Ao funds
will employ amen-age director whose duty It vi.ll be to work with the
superintendent in developing a broader program of teen-age recreation
activ i,tieso Mrs. Joy Sohoakloyrj a graduate in Recreation Leadership from
the University of Minnesota, has been accepted to fill the position* It
is tentatively pl,amed to hold two dances each month - one for Junior High
and one for Senior High - up to the cad of the year 1968. It Is planned that
after the first of the year two dances at month will be held for ea-ah grouip
