The ParY Board met in special session and ias called to order by Paul
Bullen, Chairman, at 3:00 P.A'.
Roll Calls Paul Eullen and Francis Irvin were present. Dallas
Lawrence was absent.
Member Francis Irvin introduced the folloirinr resolution and moved
its adoption:

Yinnesota, as followst
1. It is hereby deterr,ned that it is necessary and for the
best interests of the Villare that gradinp- and top soiline- be
done in Trianrie Park.
2. The plans and specifications for said work, as prepared by
Landscape Architect Robert G. Corwine, are hereby approved.
3. Advertisement for bids for
said work shall be published in
the Brooklyn Center Press,
the date of publ:ieation not less
V,an ten (10) days prior to the date for receipt of
bids.

The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Paul Bullen and
upon vote being taken theron the following vot^d 'n favor thereof:
Paul Pullen and Francis Irvin; ane the folloirnr, voted ar-n'ret the
same: None; :,hereupon said resolution ras deeli.rec duly passed and
adopted.
The meeting was adjorned at 4:00 r X.
