The Park Board net in regular session and -.as called to
order by Paul Bullen, Chairmn at 7=30 P.1.i.
Roll Call t Paul Bullen, Dallas Livmenee, md Francis
Irvin rrere present.
1:iinutes of the regular meting of April 7, and special
meetings of April 17, and April 28 Tiere approved as recorded.
The size and boundaries of the future park on the Cohlnnder
property Y:. discussed. The Board apTeed to mke no deviations
for the oriminal plan of fifteen acres located West of a line
with Kyle Avenue ;forth.
It rm.s agreed that the follo,~Inr offer be made to T-Tr.
T"Ilard Er&mn for the North 232.67 feet of his property
located at 4702 - 69th Avenue North: Nine hundred dollars
(900,00) purchase price and T're Er'r-An -I" be Pilo-ed to

It ras agreed tmt the following offer be made to 11r.
Morris Evans, 5049 0,- seo Road: T'r. Evans -ill be at lo-ed to
retain an additional thirty feet of property lyznp''-.est of the
boundary originally established b,~ the Board, nn compensation
will be allor:ed for a septic tanks and he rill be compensated
for a drain field. The purchase price will be the appraised
value.

Irvin that the folloiAng offer be made to Hr., VAlliam Askea,
3318 - 80th Avenue North: Fifteen hundred dollars (5;1,500.)
purchase price to include land and compensation for buildings

It eras agreed that T1r. Raymond Rortz, 5053 Osseo Road
be alloered to retain thirty feet of property lying'+est of
the boundary originally established by the board. The purchase
price will be the appraised value.

J. R. Carlson, 3310 - 50th Avenue North: 7N-elve hundred dollars
(f1;2000 for the North 304.71 feet plus one thousand dollars
("1,000.) each for t±-+o lots located on Al bott Avenue N rth
Total offer: x'3,200.
It v?ns ar!reed that action on the Southeast property be
delayed rending a meeting of property o-hers.

that the preliminary plan for Garden City Park ns submitted
by Landscape Architect Robert Corwin be accented, and that
the Landscape Architect be authorized to proceed ~•,ith corking
draV71ngs on that part lying South of a line of 63rd Avenue North
extended, to the extent of the recormtendntions as submitted in
the report. 740tion carried.
Motion :Wade by Francis Irvin and seconded by Dallas
LaTmence that the Village Council be requested to release the
bond posted by Garden City Developement Company in the amount
of 0200000 and desiLmated for the planting of trees, and that
said bond be used for such purposes as may expedite the '
construction of recreational facilities in Gar en City Park#
subject to Park Board approval. Notion onrried.
The plan for the relocation of Highvay 100 Tras presented and
discussed. No Bfficial action eras taken.
