HomeMy WebLinkAbout1996-152 CCR1 1 1 adoptio n: Member Charles Nichols introduced the following resolution and moved its RESOLUTION NO. 96 -152 RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT, B &G REALTY 1ST ADDITION WHEREAS, the Brooklyn Center City Council on March 11, 1996 approved Planning Commission Application 95003, providing preliminary plat approval for property owned by B &G Realty, Inc.; and WHEREAS, the property owner (applicant) has applied for Final Plat Approval as required by the City Code; and WHEREAS, said application has been reviewed and approved subject to conditions as established under the preliminary plat approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota that: ATTEST: 1. A Final Plat submitted by B &G Realty, Inc. is hereby approved by the City Council, subject to the following conditions as required by the City: A. A driveway easement providing unrestricted access between Lots 1 and 2 be recorded separately and filed with the final plat. B. The applicant sba11 enter into a standard maintenance and utility agreement with the City. C. Any other conditions of the City as required as part of the preliminary plat approval. August 12, 1996 Date City Clerk Q Mayor 1 1 RESOLUTION NO. 96 -152 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Kristen Mann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Myrna Kragness, Kathleen Carmody, Debra Hilstrom, Kristen Mann, and Charles Nichols; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
