Member Kristen Mann introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 96 -190
RESOLUTION TO ADOPT THE 1997 PRELIMINARY BUDGE,'
WHEREAS, the City of Brooklyn Center is annually required by Charter and state
law to adopt an annual budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Brooklyn Center that the appropriations for budgeted funds for the calendar year 1997 shall be:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Debra Hilstrom and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof:
Myrna Kragness, Kathleen Carmody, Debra Hilstrom, Kristen Mann, and Charles Nichols;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
