HomeMy WebLinkAbout1995-263 CCR1 1 1 Member Kristen Mann moved its adoption: ATTEST: RESO LUTION NO. 95 -263 introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION APPOINTING MICHAEL J. MCCAULEY TO THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE FIVE CITIES SENIOR TRANSPORTATION PRQJECT WHEREAS, the City of Brooklyn Center entered into a joint powers agreement for the establishment of the Five Cities Senior Transportation Project on June 18, 1995; and WHEREAS, Section 2.1 of the joint powers agreement establishes an Executive Committee; and WHEREAS, Section 2.2 of the joint powers agreement requires the governing body of each of the member Cities to appoint its City Manager as a member of the Executive Committee to administer the Senior Transportation Program. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that Michael J. McCauley be appointed to represent the City of Brooklyn Center on the Executive Committee of the Five Cities Senior Transportation Project. December 11, 1995 Date *i Deputy Clerk V2 2 (1/4444, 1 a}r1 -4-6-4-4' The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Kathleen Carmody and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Myrna Kragness, Kristen Mann, Debra Hilstrom, and Kathleen Carmody; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
