HomeMy WebLinkAbout1995-265 CCR1 1 1 Member Kristen Mann introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION APPOINTING MICHAEL J. MCCAULEY AS DIRECTOR TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF LOGIS WHEREAS, the City of Brooklyn Center entered into a joint and cooperative agreement with other government units of the State of Minnesota to create Local Government Information Systems (LOGIS) on May 1, 1972; and WHEREAS, as stated in Article W, Section 1, of the joint and cooperative agreement of LOGIS, each member shall be entitled to one director who shall have one vote; and WHEREAS, the joint and cooperative agreement requires the governing body of the City to appoint a director to the Board of Directors of LOGIS. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that Michael J. McCauley be appointed to represent the City of Brooklyn Center as director on the Board of Directors of LOGIS. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Kathleen Carmody and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Myrna Kragness, Kristen Mann, Debra Hilstrom, and Kathleen Carmody;
