HomeMy WebLinkAbout1995-269 CCR1 1 1 Member Kristen Mann introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. Aq -269 RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1995 GENERAL FUND BUDGET TO PROVIDE FOR CERTAIN EXPENDITURES WHEREAS, Section 7.09 of the City Charter provides for a contingency appropriation as a part of the General Fund Budget, and further provides that the contingency appropriation may be transferred to any other appropriation by the City Council; and WHEREAS, expenditures have been made for costs relating to City Manager resignation and replacement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, as follows: ATTEST: 1. Increase the appropriation for City Manager Budget 113 by $66,292 to cover costs associated with City Manager resignation and replacement. 2. Decrease the appropriation for the Contingency Account in the Unallocated Department by $66,292.
