AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 35 -2182 OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES REGARDING ZONING AND THE REGULATION OF ADULT ESTAB- LISHMENTS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CEN- TER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 35 -2182 of the Brooklyn Center City Code of Ordinances is amended to add the following new paragraph 4: 4. Minnesota Statutes Section 617.242 shall not apnly in the City Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective after adoption and upon thirty days following its legal publica- tion. Adopted this day of 2009.
