Member Barb Kalligher introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 95 152
RESOLUTION APPOINTING CAM ANDRE TO THE EXECUTIVE
COMMITTEE OF THE FIVE CITIES SENIOR TRANSPORTATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Brooklyn Center entered into a joint powers agreement
for the establishment of the Five Cities Senior Transportation Project on June 18, 1985; and
WHEREAS, Section 2.1 of the joint powers agreement establishes an Executive
Committee; and
WHEREAS, Section 2.2 of the joint powers agreement requires the governing
body of each of the member Cities to appoint its City Manager as a member of the Executive
Committee to administer the Senior Transportation Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that Interim City Manager Cam Andre be appointed to represent
the City of Brooklyn Center on the Executive Committee of the Five Cities Senior
Transportation Project.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Kristen Mann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof:
Myrna Kragness, Barb Kalligher, Kristen Mann, Debra Hilstrom, and Kathleen Carmody;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
