HomeMy WebLinkAbout1995-048 CCR1 1 Member Kristen Mann introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, Section 7.09 of the City Charter provides for a contingency appropriation as a part of the General Fund Budget, and further provides that the contingency appropriation may be transferred to any other appropriation by the City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to continue support for the activities of the Brooklyn Community Band. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to amend the 1995 General Fund Budget as follows: ATTEST: RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1995 GENERAL FUND BUDGET TO INCLUDE FUNDING FOR THE BROOKLYN COMMUNITY BAND Increase the appropriations for the Recreation Department, Adult Programs, Community Band: $2,250 Decrease the appropriations for the Unallocated Department, Contingency Account: $2,250 February 13, 1995 Date L b.8136-42 Deputy Clerk RESOLUTION NO. 95 48 and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. kart.
