RESOLUTION NO. 95 -86
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AWARDING CONTRACT, IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NOS. 1994 -15, ADA TRAILS, CURB CUTS, AND PEDESTRIAN RAMPS,
AND 1994 -23, MISCELLANEOUS SIDEWALK REPAIRS, CONTRACT 1994 -M
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for Improvement Project Nos.
1994 -15 and 1994 -23, bids were received, opened, and tabulated by the City Clerk and
Engineer, on the 16th day of March, 1995. Said bids were as follows:

WHEREAS, it appears that Lindahl Carlson, Inc. of St. Paul, Minnesota, is
the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Brooklyn Center, Minnesota that:
1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into a contract with Lindahl Carlson, Inc. of St. Paul, Minnesota in the
name of the City of Brooklyn Center, for Improvement Project Nos. 1994-
15 and 1994 -23 according to the plans and specifications therefor
approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the Deputy City
Clerk.
2. The Deputy City Clerk is hereby authorized an directed to return forthwith
to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposit of
the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a
contract has been signed.
3. Estimated costs for Improvement Project No. 1994 -15, ADA Trails, Curb
Cuts and Pedestrian Ramps are hereby updated in accordance with the
following schedule:

RESOLUTION NO. 95 -86
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Kristen Mann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Myrna Kragness, Kristen Mann, Debra Hilstrom, and Kathleen Carmody;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
