HomeMy WebLinkAbout1994-081 CCR1 1 Member Celia Scott resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. ct i RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1994 GENERAL FUND BUDGET TO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR FIRE DEPARTMENT RADIO FREOUENCY WHEREAS, Section 7.09 of the City Charter of the City of Brooklyn Center does provide for a contingency appropriation as a part of the General Fund Budget and further provides the contingency appropriation may be transferred to any other appropriation by the City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council hereby approves an allocation of $4,200 to switch fire department radio frequencies. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to amend the 1994 General Fund Budget as follows: Increase the appropriations for the Fire Department Unit No. 132, Radio Decrease the appropriations for the Unallocated Department Contingency Account ATTEST: April 11, 1994 Date Lfzmei Deputy Clerk introduced the following following line item: $4,200 following line item: $4,200 Todd Paulson, Mayor The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Barb Kalligher and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Todd Paulson, Celia Scott, Dave Rosene, Barb Kalligher, and Kristen Mann; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
