HomeMy WebLinkAbout1993-108 CCR1 1 Member Celia Scott introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 93 -108 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN MCC BEHAVIORAL CARE AND THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER FOR AN EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that: July 12, 1993 Date 1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute an agreement with MCC Behavioral Care to provide an Employee Assistance Program for permanent, full -time City employees and their dependents and household members. 2. The cost of the Employee Assistance Program shall not exceed $2,828 for the 1993 -1994 contract period. Todd Paulson, Mayor AIIEST: c UT Deputy Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Dave Rosene and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Todd Paulson, Celia Scott, Dave Rosene, Barb Kalligher, and Kristen Mann; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
