HomeMy WebLinkAbout1993-048 CCR1 1 1 Member Celia Scott resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, the City of Brooklyn Center, through execution of a joint cooperation agreement with Hennepin County, is a cooperating unit in the Urban Hennepin County Community Development Block Grant Program; and WHEREAS, the City of Brooklyn Center has developed a proposal for the use of Urban Hennepin County Community Development Block Grant funds made available to it, following a public hearing on March 22, 1993, to obtain the views of citizens on local and urban Hennepin County housing and community development needs and the City's proposed use of $235,627.00 from the Year XIX Urban Hennepin County Community Development Block Grant. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center approves the following projects for funding from the Year XIX Urban Hennepin County Community Development Block Grant funds, and authorizes submittal of the proposal to Hennepin County for review and inclusion in the Year XIX Urban Hennepin County Community Development Block Grant Program Statement of Objectives and Projected Use of Funds.
