resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 93 -83
introduced the following
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PROPOSAL FOR OPTICAL DISK MANAGEMENT
FEASIBILITY STUDY
WHEREAS, an appropriation was made in the 1993 data
processing budget to do a feasibility study that would examine what
type of optical disk management system would serve Brooklyn Center
and to identify the potential image processing applications; and
WHEREAS, a Request for Proposal (RFP) was prepared and
advertised in the local newspaper; and
WHEREAS, two proposals were received, one from Parish
Data Strategies, Inc. and one from Patricia A. Zimmerman, CRM; and
WHEREAS, staff has reviewed the two proposals and
recommends accepting the proposal submitted by Patricia A.
Zimmerman, CRM.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the
City of Brooklyn Center to accept the proposal received from
Patricia A. Zimmerman, CRM in the amount of $6,225.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member Barb Kalligher and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Todd Paulson, Celia Scott, Dave Rosene, Barb Kalligher, and Kristen Mann;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
