Member Celia Scott introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 92 278
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PROJECT NO. 1992 -29, STORM WATER TREATMENT
POND IN THE SOUTHWEST QUADRANT OF THE I694 /BROOKLYN BOULEVARD
INTERCHANGE
WHEREAS, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates (BRAA), in
accordance with their professional services agreement as approved by the City
Council on January 27, 1992, has identified the development of a storm water
pond in the Southwest quadrant of the I694 /Brooklyn Boulevard interchange as a
critical element in achieving compliance with water quality standards and in
achieving improvements to the capacity of the 63rd /65th Avenue storm drainage
system;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of
Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that:
1. the following improvement project is hereby established:
2. All costs relating to this improvement shall be charged to the
Storm Drainage Utility fund.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Dave Rosene and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof:
Todd Paulson, Celia Scott, Jerry Pedlar, Dave Rosene, and Philip Cohen;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
