adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 92 156
RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING GIFT
FROM THE ROTARY CLUB OF BROOKLYN CENTER
WHEREAS, THE ROTARY CLUB OF BROOKLYN CENTER has presented the City a
gift of eight hundred dollars ($800) and has designated that it be used for
the "Entertainment in the Parks" recreation program and flowers in Central Park;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council is appreciative of the gift and commends
the Rotary Club of Brooklyn Center for its civic efforts:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Brooklyn Center to acknowledge the gift with gratitude; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the gift of $800 be appropriated as
follows:
Recreation Programs, "Entertainment in the Parks"
Parks Maintenance, Landscape Materials Supplies

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Dave Rosene and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof:
Todd Paulson, Celia Scott, Dave Rosene, and Philip Cohen;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
