Member Jerry Pedlar introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 92 -183
RESOLUTION EXPRESSING RECOGNITION OF AND APPRECIATION FOR
THE BROOKLYN CENTER LIONESS CLUB
WHEREAS, an open house was held on July
opening of the Humboldt Substation; and
WHEREAS, the Brooklyn Center Lioness
refreshment trailer which served approximately 1
the area; and

Club staffed the

WHEREAS, the time and support of the Brooklyn Center
Lioness Club is truly appreciated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the
City of Brooklyn Center that the Brooklyn Center Lioness Club is
hereby recognized and appreciated for their time and support in
making the open house of the Humboldt jMbstation a success.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member Philip Cohen and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Celia Scott, Jerry Pedlar, Dave Rosene, and Philip Cohen;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
