HomeMy WebLinkAbout1992-226 CCR1 1 Member Philip Cohen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for Improvement Project No. 1992 -12, Removal of House at 4100 51st Avenue North, the following bids were received, opened and tabulated by the City Engineer, on the 3rd day of September, 1992: ATTEST: RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR REMOVAL OF HOUSE AT 4100 51ST AVENUE NORTH, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1992 -12, CONTRACT 1992 -J Bidder Bid Veit Company R. J. Valek Trucking Excavating Holst Excavating WHEREAS, it appears that Veit Company, of Rogers, Minnesota has submitted the lowest bid for the removal of the house. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Veit Company for the removal of the house at 4100 51st Avenue North, in the amount of $7,691.30.
