HomeMy WebLinkAbout1992-071 CCR1 Member Dave Rosene and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has prepared specifications for the purchase of a new aerial bucket and chipper box; and WHEREAS, purchase of such unit using funding provided by the sale of certificates of indebtedness is provided for in the 1992 General Fund Budget for Street Maintenance Division 142. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that: ATTEST: 1. the specifications, prepared by the Director of Public Works are hereby approved. 2. the Deputy City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to advertise for bids for the furnishing of such equipment in accordance with the specifications, in accordance with the City's purchasing policy and procedures. 3. all costs relating to this purchase shall be funded by the sale of certificates of indebtedness. April 13, 1992 Date Deputy Clerk RESOLUTION NO. 92 -71 introduced the following resolution RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR AERIAL BUCKET AND CHIPPER BOX Todd Paulson, Mayor The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Philip Cohen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Todd Paulson, Dave Rosene, and Philip Cohen; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
