HomeMy WebLinkAbout1992-019 CCR1 1 1 Member Dave Rosene and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, the City of Brooklyn Center purchased a new phone system in 1990; and WHEREAS, the old phone system, an OKI Discovery Switch, was declared surplus on April 9, 1990; and WHEREAS, the City has received an offer from All Telephone Service for the purchase of the OKI Discovery Switch phone system in the amount of $200. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL of of Brooklyn Center that the offer of $200 from All Service is hereby accepted and upon payment the OKI Switch phone system will be released to All Telephone the City Telephone Discovery Service. ATTEST: January 27, 1992 Date ilartiiULLL/4; Deputy Cler introduced the following resolution RESOLUTION NO. 92 19 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING OFFER FROM ALL TELEPHONE SERVICE FOR THE PURCHASE OF OKI DISCOVERY SWITCH PHONE SYSTEM Todd Paulson, Mayor The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Jerry Pedlar and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Todd Paulson, Celia Scott, Jerry Pedlar, Dave Rosene, and Philip Cohen; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
