HomeMy WebLinkAbout1992-041 CCR1 1 Member Jerry Pedlar introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: ATTEST: RESOLUTION NO. 92 RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR WATER SERVICE REPAIR AT 5724 LOGAN AVE N BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that: 1. A hearing shall be held on the 13th day of April, 1992 in the City Hall at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon the proposed assessment for the following charge: Water Service Repair 2. The City Clerk with the assistance of the Director of Public Works shall forthwith prepare an assessment roll for the above charge, and shall keep it on file and open to inspection by any interested persons. 3. The City Clerk is directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing. 4. The City Clerk shall cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in such assessment rolls not less than two weeks prior to the hearing. March 9, 1992 Date Deputy Clerk Todd Paulson, Mayor The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Dave Rosene and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Todd Paulson, Celia Scott, Jerry Pedlar, Dave Rosene, and Philip Cohen; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
