HomeMy WebLinkAbout1991-246 CCR1 Member Philip Cohen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, it is a requirement of the Brooklyn Center City Charter that Brooklyn Center's municipal utilities be self sustaining entities through revenue provided by a uniform schedule of rates, fees, and charges; and WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has reviewed the financial requirements of the Storm Drainage Utility and has developed a recommended rate schedule.
