RESOLUTION NO. 91 160
RESOLUTION AMENDING ESTIMATE OF PROJECT COSTS AND FUND
SOURCES FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF 69TH AVENUE NORTH FROM
BROOKLYN BOULEVARD TO SHINGLE CREEK PARKWAY, IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. 1990 -10
WHEREAS, City Council resolution number 90 -66 ordered improvement
project 1990 -10, the reconstruction of 69th Avenue from Noble Avenue North to
Shingle Creek Parkway, at an estimated cost of $5,574,000; and
WHEREAS, subsequent study increased that cost estimate to $5,924,000;
WHEREAS, the limits of the project have subsequently been reduced to
remove the portion of 69th Avenue between Noble Avenue and Brooklyn Boulevard;
and
WHEREAS, more detailed information now available allows for a more
realistic estimate of cost to be determined; and
WHEREAS, the current estimate of cost is substantially greater than
that estimated at the time the project was ordered.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of
Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that the estimated cost of improvement project
number 1990 -10 is hereby amended according to the following schedule:

A. STREET CONSTRUCTION COSTS

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
