HomeMy WebLinkAbout2024-133 CCRMember Graves introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2024-133 RESOLUTION ADOPTING 2025 WATER UTILITY RATES, FEES AND CHARGES WHEREAS, the City of Brooklyn Center Charter requires that municipal utilities be self-supporting through revenue provided by a uniform schedule of rates, fees and charges; and WHEREAS, this uniform schedule shall be called the “Public Utility Rate Schedule” and shall be adopted by resolution of the City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed data provided on delinquent utility charges.
