RESOLUTION NO. 91 -10
RESOLUTION EXPRESSING APPRECIATION FOR COUNCIL APPLICANT
ULYSSESS BOYD
WHEREAS, Ulyssess Boyd has an established record of
service to the City of Brooklyn Center; and
WHEREAS, Ulyssess Boyd has demonstrated to the City
Council the skills necessary to do a fine job as a member of the
City Council; and
WHEREAS, applying for appointment to the City Council, in
itself, demonstrates both a commitment to the city and personal
strength of character; and
WHEREAS, the fact that Ulyssess Boyd was not appointed at
this time should be viewed as a result of the very high quality of
a large number of applicants, but in no way due to any problems of
the Council with Ulyssess Boyd.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Brooklyn Center commends Ulyssess Boyd for his civic
spirit, wishes Ulyssess Boyd well in all future governmental
endeavors, and extends to Ulyssess Boyd its gratitude for all that
