HomeMy WebLinkAbout1991-025 CCR1 1 Member Celia Scott resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91 introduced the following RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER AND NORTH HENNEPIN MEDIATION PROJECT WHEREAS, the City of Brooklyn Center has allocated $5,000 in the 1991 budget, Unit 52, Object 4420 for mediation services; and WHEREAS, the City of Brooklyn Center and North Hennepin Mediation Project are desirous of renewing an agreement for the provision of services from the Project. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center: 1. The Council has reviewed the Agreement Between the City of Brooklyn Center and North Hennepin Mediation Project and finds that the execution of the agreement is in the best interest of the City of Brooklyn Center. 2. The Mayor and City Manager are authorized and directed to execute the agreement on behalf of the City. 3. The City Manager is directed to transmit an executed copy of the agreement to North Hennepin Mediation Project. February 11, 1991 Date Todd Paulson, Mayor ATTEST: i c' Pc t c Deputy Clerk U The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Jerry Pedlar and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Todd Paulson, Celia Scott, Jerry Pedlar, Dave Rosene, and Philip Cohen; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
