February 11, 1991 Date ATTEST: Deputy Clerk RESOLUTION NO. 91 RESOLUTION APPROVING PURCHASE AGREEMENTS FOR 69TH AVENUE RIGHT -OF -WAY, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1990 -10 WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 90 -66 adopted on March 26, 1990, the City Council ordered the reconstruction of 69th Avenue between Noble Avenue North and Shingle Creek Parkway, Improvement No. 1990 -10; and WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 90 -84 adopted on April 23, 1990, the City Council approved a right -of -way plan depicting properties to be acquired for the project; and WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 90 -95 adopted on May 7, 1990, the City Council authorized the City Manager to negotiate the purchase of these properties, and directed the City Manager to offer to the property owners the amount determined by appraisal and review appraisal; and WHEREAS, the owners of the property at 3612 69th the City Manager's offer of the appraised value, and have agreement to that effect; and WHEREAS, the owners of the property at 3700 69th the City Manager's offer of the appraised value, and have agreement to that effect; and WHEREAS, the owner of the property at 3800 69th the City Manager's offer of the appraised value, and has agreement to that effect; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Center, Minnesota, that: 1. The terms of the purchase agreements are hereby approved. 2. The City Manager is directed to proceed with the purchase of the properties at 3612, 3700, and 3800 69th Avenue North. 3.
