Member Celia Scott introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91 -29
RESOLUTION APPOINTING COMMISSIONERS TO THE WEST MISSISSIPPI
WATERSHED MANAGEMENT COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Brooklyn Center,
Minnesota, that Sv Knapp is hereby appointed as
Commissioner and Mark 'Maloney is hereby appointed as
Alternate Commissioner representing the City of Brooklyn Center on the West
Mississippi Watershed Commission for the term February, 1991 to February 1994.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Jerry Pedlar and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Todd Paulson, Celia Scott, Jerry Pedlar,
Dave Rosene, and Philip Cohen;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
