HomeMy WebLinkAbout1991-053 CCR1 1 1 Member Celia Scott resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91 -53 introduced the following RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING VACATION AND SICK LEAVE BENEFITS FOR CERTAIN EARLE BROWN HERITAGE CENTER EMPLOYEES WHEREAS, in January 1991, the Brooklyn Center Economic Development Authority (EDA) assumed management responsibilities of the Earle Brown Heritage Center (EBHC); and WHEREAS, the City Council determines it is appropriate to allow the full -time employees of EBHC to assume their existing banks of vacation and sick leave benefits that had been accrued with Earle Brown Farm Management. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that the City Manager is hereby authorized to grant banks of vacation leave and sick leave benefits as follows for these EBHC employees, effective the date of their employment with the Brooklyn Center EDA: NAME Bruce Ballanger Lynn Mottaz Kim Hover Mary Jo Browne Judith Bergeland VACATION LEAVE 40.04 hours 55.11 hours 9.36 hours 40.00 hours 74.00 hours SICK LEAVE 80 hours 104 hours 64 hours 40 hours 208 hours BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these employees will accrue additional vacation and sick leave benefits pursuant to Chapter 17 of the city ordinances based on their dates of employment with the Brooklyn Center EDA.
