HomeMy WebLinkAbout1991-075 CCR Member Philip Cohen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91 -75 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) MOBILE CONCESSION TRAILER WHEREAS, an appropriation of $16,000 was approved in the 1991 budget for the purchase of one (1) mobile concession trailer; and WHEREAS, two bids were received as follows: Company Bid Supreme Products $15,527.00 Wdymatic $16,347.00 WHEREAS, it is also necessary to purchase fresh water and waste water holding tanks for the concession trailer; and WHEREAS, the cost of these items is an additional $300; and WHEREAS, the total cost of the bid unit from Superior Products and nd the additional tanks is $15,827. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that the purchase of one mobile concession trailer, a fresh water tank and a waste water tank from Superior Products, in the amount of $15,827 is hereby approved.
