HomeMy WebLinkAbout1990-123 CCR Member Celia Scott introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 90 -123 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN METROPOLITAN CLINIC OF COUNSELING, INC. AND THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER FOR AN EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that: 1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Metropolitan Clinic of Counseling, Inc. to provide an Employee Assistance Program for permanent full -time City employees and their dependents and household members. 2. The cost of the Employee Assistance Program shall not exceed $2,346 for the 1990 -1991 contract period. June 25, 1990 Date M ATTEST: Q�1 Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Jerry Pedlar and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Celia Scott, Todd Paulson, Jerry Pedlar, and Philip Cohen, and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
