WHEREAS, it has been determined there is need for an
analysis of the City's different forms of communication with its
citizens; and
WHEREAS, a proposal has been received from the firm of
Christison, Inc. for a communications audit; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends accepting the proposal for
of the audit.

RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PROPOSAL AND AUTHORIZING THE
AND CITY MANAGER TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT FOR PHASE
THE PROPOSED COMMUNICATIONS AUDIT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Brooklyn Center that the Mayor and City Manager are
hereby authorized to sign an agreement for Phase II of the
proposed communications audit with Coleman Christison, Inc.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member Celia Scott and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist,
Celia Scott, Todd Paulson, and. Jerry Pedlar; Philip Cons abstained.
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
