Coleman Phase II RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PROPOSAL AND AUTHORIZING THE AND CITY MANAGER TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT FOR PHASE THE PROPOSED COMMUNICATIONS AUDIT NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to sign an agreement for Phase II of the proposed communications audit with Coleman Christison, Inc.
