RESOLUTION NO. 89-241
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE
OF FIVE (5) POLICE PATROL SEDANS
WHEREAS, an appropriation was approved in the 1990
budget for the purchase of five (5) police patrol sedans; and
WHEREAS, one bid was received as follows:
COMPANY
Superior Ford
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Brooklyn Center that the purchase of five (5) police
patrol sedans from Superior Ford in the amount of $64,220 is
hereby approved.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member Todd Paulson and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Dean CIyquist,
Celia Scott, Todd Paulson, Jerry Pedlar, and Philip Cohen;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
